For new customers, please fill out and sign our standard “Web Terms and Conditions” document, along with the “Sunlight LOAgency,” which will allow us to work on your behalf with the telephone company to get your telephone service installed. Additionally, please fill out and return our Application for Credit. Please fax all documents to (707) 255-4004.
For existing customers who have already returned the Web Terms and Conditions.pdf, and who are requesting new telephone service or telephone bill cost analysis, please fill out and return the “Sunlight LOAgency.doc” by fax to (707) 255-4004.
With our partner Sunlight Communications we offer complementary telephone / internet service cost analysis. Sunlight Communications has been in business for upwards of 20 years while working to expertly interface with telephone service providers such as AT&T, MCI, Sprint, TelePacific, and Pacific Bell to place new orders, choreograph installations, reduce service costs, and insure prompt service.
